This is a graphic that I made in Adobe Illustrator to submit to a T-shirt design contest for Agnes Scott’s annual festivity, Black Cat Week. The theme for this year was “space”, which I alluded to with the text “Agnes Scott College” warping in a swoop as the ring of Saturn and the text “2025,” which I drew as an imaginary constellation, blending into the rest of the design with a field of stars for a background. The primary element of this design is the contrasting line drawing of a cat stretching to paw at the ring around Saturn. (This also references the playful mood of the event and the History of Black Cat as a “prank night”.)
